Our recycled t-shirts
I’m Antony Marris owner and founder of the company OutSkillTheRisk. I’ve just pulled up at a 417 Bike Park
It’s an amazing morning ready to go for a ride, but first I’ll talk to you about one of our recycled products that we are selling at Out Skill The Risk and it is my favourite product; it is our recycling t-shirt.
This is a unisex t-shirt.
It’s available in two colours.
The one I’m wearing is the really nice navy and gold and this one is my wife’s favourite;
This is our burgundy and white.
These are great fitting t-shirts, really comfortable, a little bit longer in the body so great for sports and riding and fantastic quality.
It’s a real feel-good t-shirt because there are great environmental benefits.
They’re made from 60% recycled and regenerated cotton
( …which is 100% pre-consumer waste! )
Things like your old cotton clothes, towels, bedsheets, things like that all get broken down and reused and put into these t-shirts.
They are real eco-friendly t-shirts, this cuts down on farming, water, the use of resources – so an all-round great t-shirt.
The way that we are decorating our new t-shirts now, our recycled t-shirt and our fully organic cotton t-shirt is we are embroidering them. The reason for this is it’s a lot cleaner way of decorating the t-shirts.
Our embroidery is all ethically sourced cotton which means there is no waste, unlike other decorations like transfers or printing.
So these are embroidered in ethically sourced cotton and you don’t get any waste like you do with other decorating methods.
I’m lucky enough to use a local company, with a fantastic bloke called Mick. He’s just two miles down the road from me and he’s really passionate about OutSkillTheRisk as a company and the recycled and organic t-shirts we sell. Most importantly he loves what we stand for as a company.
As always when you make an order, we’ll send your orders out in a 100% compostable mailers.
If you see me on the trails come and say hello.
Thank you very much for supporting OutSkillTheRisk
